Although it might be too late for an unhappy customer, the adhesive can be easily removed with Goo Gone. Goo Gone Magic American Corporation in Cleveland, OH did. If necessary, Goo Gone can be paid on the label and you can deduce that. Any adhesive that can not come with the label facing up clean with Goo Gone. Since I am not in a pan, I gave an assessment similar to those previously posted.

The manufacturers of the this pan have the most wonderful glue to stick a label to the surface of the pan. It took me 2 hours to get all the glue off the pan. The pan comes sealed in plastic so there is NO need to glue the label to the pan with some space age adhesive. I had to use laquer thinner and steel wool to scrub the glue off. Now I have 2 brand new jelly roll pans that each have 2 scraped up spots on each pan. Think twice before you purchase this pan.

This jelly roll pan arrived with a Norpro cookie sheet that was scratched and bent. I never used them, but sent them both back together. There was nothing on the label to indicate that the jelly roll pan I got is the same one that is described, not even the weight of the stainless steel. It felt light and flimsy, more like aluminum.

We just received these yesterday, so have not tested them yet. Our experience with Stainless Steel cookware tells me that they will cook beautifully.
This particular product is HEAVY GAUGE, perfectly finished, beautiful rolled edges, and should last a lifetime.
It was with great pleasure that I threw out our old steel pans when these arrived!
