Amco Half Size Sheet Pan is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant 18-guage 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. I will say that this sheet pan is nice and heavy BUT it is not 18″x13″. From outside edge to outside edge it measures 17 7/8 inches by 12 15/16 inches. Measuring it across the top from inside edge to inside edge it measures 17 inches by 12 inches. Measuring it across the bottom it’s 16 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches. I ordered four. If I knew that they were going to come up short on actual size I wouldn’t have ordered them.

Excellent pan, that always looks new and shiny. Great for oven roasting vegetables,baking chicken or catching the juices from an overflowing pie. They make a great gift. I bought two for my daughter as well.

This is an excellent pan, handsome, substantial and versatile. It’s a bit wider and shorter than the others in my inventory, but it’s still a vast improvement over the junk that’s generally available in stores. I’d give it five stars, except for one pet peeve. I’ll phrase the problem as a word of advice to Amco: WHEN YOU ATTACH THE !@#$%^& PRODUCT LABEL, DO IT WITH GLUE THAT CAN BE EASILY REMOVED!

Purchased this pan for basic baking, rolls, meatballs, roasted vegetables, sheet cake. It works well. Good quality and so far has preformed it function as expected. Good value for the price.
