I read the reviews and was very impressed, so I bought the pillow via amazon. I was really hoping this would help with my long international flights. Unfortunately after trying the pillow I had two problems. First, it does not provide as much support as advertised even if you’re able to position it properly. Second, the nylon cord slips. There is no way this pillow will hold your weight unless you’re sitting in a window seat and jam it between the window and the seat.

I bought this product based on all the rave reviews. I have also studied the product on the Internet. I do not think that the suspicions of views on some sites, many people that the criticisms were real consumers. So I bought this product for a trip to Europe, and used it for about 25 hours – plenty of time to do it well. It's wrong. The product and all the rave reviews that are false. What is worse than a U-shaped pillow. It is not pleasant. It is a shame. Slips, no matter what you do. My mother had chosen, after the experiment, both between the use of pillows or the traditional u-shaped pillow that I brought for our trip. They opted for the u-shaped pillow, and I envy them the whole time. Not content with just two reviews, I paid my sister and my father for a long journey they were doing. I gave them instructions, and both tried. Both do not like. There is no on all accounts. Do not waste your money on this.

I took this on my last trip: 20,000 miles roundtrip on 10 flights. Two red-eyes on the way there and one red-eye on the way back. When I used it, it worked well. And it helped me a lot on one flight where the emergency exit was too cold to lean against comfortably. But I felt so stupid setting it up that I didn’t use it that much. It was really nice in the car on the way to the airport. I’ll bring it with me again, and I’ll definitely use it in the car, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price, about double a normal inflatable neck pillow.

I purchased these for my husband and I for a trip to Europe. They roll up compactly and don’t take much luggage space, and they inflate and deflate easily. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use them much on our flight since we were traveling with a child and he didn’t sleep much. The pillows did make it more comfortable to sleep on the plane, although you have to play around with it a bit to secure them so they don’t move around or slip. But overall I would use them again for our next trip.

I’ve purchased this pillow after reading a few favorable reviews on Amazon and I was planning to use it on a long plane trip. At first there was no option for the color, however, I’ve sent an e-mail to the customer service, and they sent me a color I’ve chosen. Unfortunately, I am unable to rate the ease of using this product because this pillow went flat within five minutes. When I came back from the trip I’ve contacted the manufacturer again (via e-mail) explaining what happened and asking for replacement. They responded promptly and promised to send me a replacement upon receipt of this defective item (at my own cost). I’m willing to give then another chance because my next long trip is within two weeks; however, do not really like the conditions of the replacement.
